The IRS record of every 1099-INT filed under your SSN is finally complete enough to check against, and your return isn't in yet. Both are only true until October 15.

| 01 | In February the data wasn't there yet.Payers file 1099-INTs with the IRS as late as March 31, and corrections take another four to six weeks. Nothing filed during tax season could have been checked against a complete record. |
| 02 | By August it mostly is.Your Wage & Income Transcript lists the interest payers who reported under your SSN. Free, and you pull it yourself. |
| 03 | You haven't filed, so nothing needs amending.Find a missed payer now and you just add it. Find it after filing and it's a 1040-X, or a CP2000 notice twelve to eighteen months later with interest attached. |
What this will not tell you. Nobody can certify that you have every form. The IRS does not treat the current processing year as final, and a payer who never filed will never appear. This only ever tells you one thing: here are the payers the transcript shows that your own figures do not. A clean comparison is not a guarantee.
Free, plain text, no account. How to pull the transcript, read the interest section, and run this comparison on your own numbers in about twenty minutes.
No bank logins. No credentials. No documents uploaded. You pull your own transcript from irs.gov and it stays with you. The only thing stored is the address you type here.
